Mesquite Independent School District is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Executive Director - Data Management/Information Systems.  The appointee will report directly to the Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services.  The appointee will be reponsible for overseeing information systems and data compliance, and providing program evaluation through data analysis.

Qualifications:  Master's Degree and Mid-Management/Principal Certification

Preference will be given to applicants who:

--have a minimum of three years of successful experience as a campus level administrator and

   three years successful teaching experience

--have the ability to disaggregate data from multiple sources to show trends and improve

   outcomes in all areas

--have the ability to manage multiple projects

--can work collaboratively with a variety of diverse constituencies

--have strong assessment, analytical, organizational and leadership skills

--have an understanding and proficiency in using technology to facilitate administrative duties and

   responsibilities

--demonstrate effective communication, public relations and interpersonal skills

--have knowledge of student data management system (Skyward) and PEIMS submissions and reporting

Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the administration may find appropriate and acceptable.

Salary:  Pay Range:  Administrative 8; $104,550 - $146,800;  226 day position
